Send CareZone messages and get help through Inbox

CareZone Inbox is a way to communicate with the CareZone support team. Use Inbox to ask questions, report issues, check an order status—or send us some love. :)


iPhone and iPad Instructions

How to access Inbox messages:
  1. Tap the Home icon (bottom left corner) to return to the main dashboard.
  2. Select the profile name of the person’s Inbox you wish to access. To select a profile, tap the profile icon (upper left corner). Then, tap the name of the profile you wish to view (e.g. “Mary”)
  3. Tap the INBOX tab from the center of the top navigation.
  4. To open and view an existing Inbox message, tap the message directly from the Inbox.

How to send a new Inbox message:

  1. From the INBOX, tap the Send a new message button (top center).
  2. Tap the Subject: field and type a brief explanation of your issue or question (e.g. Delete medication).
  3. Tap the blank field below and type your full message (e.g. How do I delete a medication that I’ve accidentally entered twice?).
  4. Tap Send (upper right corner) to submit your message to CareZone Support.
  5. You will receive a push notification updating you when CareZone Support has replied to your Inbox message.  

How to reply to an existing Inbox message:
  1. From the INBOX, tap the Inbox message you wish to send a reply from.
  2. Tap the Type your reply here field (at the bottom).
  3. Type your full message (e.g. “How do I update my mailing address for my new order?”).
  4. Tap Send (to the right of your message).
  5. You will receive a push notification updating you when CareZone Support has replied to your Inbox message.  

If you don’t see Inbox in your app, upgrade to the latest version of CareZone.

  4. Tap the field below the Subject and enter your full message (e.g. How do I delete a medication that I’ve accidentally entered twice?).
  5. Tap the send arrow (upper right corner) to submit your message to CareZone Support.
  6. You will receive a push notification updating you when CareZone Support has replied to your Inbox message.

  1. From the INBOX, tap the Inbox message you wish to reply to.
  2. Tap the Reply here... field (bottom left).

CareZone.com Instructions
