On the "View your shipments" page you will find the following options to view your shipments and medication refill status:

On the SHIPMENTS PAGE, you can view:

  • The status of your requested medications
  • Upcoming shipments and refill dates
  • Tracking for shipped orders

For more information on upcoming or past shipments, select the “ View details” link (at the right-hand side of the page). For more details about a specific shipment, select the information icon (the blue circle with an “i”).

On the MEDICATIONS PAGE, you can view the status of:

  • Active medications
  • In Process medications
  • On Hold medications

Active medications are filled and sent to you as scheduled or upon request.

"In Process" medications are being processed by the pharmacy. Once your medication is ready to be filled, you’ll be notified and the status will be updated.

"On Hold" medications are not currently being processed and may require action. A pink “Action Required” message with more details will be placed next to any "On Hold" medication.

For information on any of your medications, click the “+  View details” link (to the right of the med name).
