Adding and Updating Payment Information for CareZone Pharmacy

If you’re a CareZone Pharmacy Services patient and need to update your payment information, you can do so at any time by visiting the dashboard. Your new payment information will be used on your future orders.

Here’s how to update your information:


iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Tap the Home icon (bottom left corner).
  2. Tap the DASHBOARD tab from the top navigation (upper left corner).
  3. From the DASHBOARD, scroll down and tap the “Update your payment info” box.
  4. Tap “Replace card.
  5. A camera view will appear.
  6. To scan your card, place your card on a flat surface. Hold your device’s camera lens over the card until the card image is aligned within the brackets on your screen.
  7. Once the card is aligned within the brackets, the camera will automatically detect the card and import the card number.
  8. Enter the expiration month, CVV, and postal code.
  9. Tap Done (upper right corner).

Your new payment information will be used on your future CareZone orders.

Android Instructions

  1. Tap the Home icon (bottom left).
  2. Tap the SERVICES tab from the top navigation.
  3. Scroll down and tap the "Update your payment info" box.
  4. Tap the blue "Replace card" link.
  5. To scan your card, place your card on a flat surface. Hold your device’s camera lens over the card until the card image is aligned within the brackets on your screen. You can also tap "Keyboard..." to enter your card manually (bottom right).
  6. Tap Done (bottom left).
  7. Tap DONE (top right).
