Adding and Updating Payment Information for CareZone Pharmacy

If you’re a CareZone Pharmacy Services patient and need to update your payment information, you can do so at any time by visiting the dashboard. Your new payment information will be used on your future orders.

iPhone and iPad Instructions

Here’s how to update your information:

  1. Tap the Home icon (bottom left corner).
  2. Tap the DASHBOARD tab from the top navigation (upper left corner).
  3. From the DASHBOARD, scroll down and tap the “Update your payment info” box.
  4. Tap “Replace card.
  5. A camera view will appear.
  6. To scan your card, place your card on a flat surface. Hold your device’s camera lens over the card until the card image is aligned within the brackets on your screen.
  7. Once the card is aligned within the brackets, the camera will automatically detect the card and import the card number.
  8. Enter the expiration month, CVV, and postal code.
  9. Tap Done (upper right corner).

Your new payment information will be used on your future CareZone orders.

Android Instructions

To add your payment information:

  1. Tap on the three dashed lines in the upper left corner, then tap on Home.
  2. Tap on the Services tab on the far right.
  3. Tap on Update Your Payment Info box.
  4. Tap Scan Your Card.
  5. To scan your card, place your card on a flat surface and hold your camera above it till it scans automatically. 
    You can also enter your credit card information manually by tapping Keyboard... in the bottom right corner and completing the required information.
  6. Tap Done at the bottom left.

To update your payment information:

  1. Tap on the three dashed lines in the upper left corner, then tap on Home.
  2. Tap on the Services tab on the far right.
  3. Tap on Update Your Payment Info box.
  4. Tap Replace card.
  5. To scan your card, place your card on a flat surface and hold your camera above it till it scans automatically.

  6. Tap Done at the bottom left.
