Add health info and notes in Trackers

Trackers help you record important health stats like blood glucose, blood pressure, weight and more! You can measure and visualize trends—and set reminders for when to record your data.

You can also add notes to your recorded health info directly in your Trackers now, too!

Here's how to add info and notes in Trackers:


Android Instructions

  1. Tap More in the lower navigation bar (bottom right corner).
  2. Tap Trackers (top left).
  3. Scroll down to view the available Trackers.
  4. Tap Add data below the Tracker name to record new info (e.g. Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Weight).
  5. Trackers offer a variety of scales to record data:
    1. To enter a value: tap any underlined field (e.g. tap the Blood Glucose field).
    2. To select a value from the 1 to 10 scale: drag the slider left to right (e.g. for mood or pain).
    3. To add important notes related to your health data: tap the Notes field.
    4. To save the entered data: tap the checkmark (top right corner).

    After you enter two or more data points, a graph will be automatically generated.

  6. A default reminder of 8 AM daily will be set for your newly added Tracker.
    1. To edit the reminder, tap the clock icon (top right corner). Tap on 8:00 AM and select a new time. Tap Done to save.
    2. Tap on Daily to change the reminder frequency. Tap the days of the week to select (blue) or deselect (white) when to send the reminder. Tap Done to save.
    3. To add additional reminders, tap + ADD A REMINDER and follow steps a - b above.

iPhone and iPad Instructions

  1. Tap More in the lower navigation bar (bottom right corner).
  2. Tap Trackers from the list.
  3. Scroll down to view the available Trackers.
  4. Tap any Tracker to add new data (e.g. Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Weight).
  5. Trackers offer a variety of scales to record data:
    1. To enter a value: tap any field (e.g. for Blood Glucose, tap the Blood glucose level, mg/dL field).
    2. To select a value from the 1 to 10 scale: drag the slider left to right (e.g. for mood or pain).
    3. To add important notes related to your health data: tap the Notes field.
    4. To save the entered data: tap the Save (top right corner).

    After you enter two or more data points, a graph will be automatically generated.

  6. A default reminder of 8 AM daily will be set for your newly added Tracker.
    1. To edit the reminder, tap Edit Reminders (bottom right corner, below the graph). Tap on 8 AM Every day and select a new time from the bottom scroll wheel. Tap Save (upper right corner), or—
    2. Tap on Every day to change the reminder frequency. Tap the days of the week to select (checkmark) or deselect (no checkmark) when to send the reminder. Tap Done (upper right corner) and Save (upper right corner).
    3. To add additional reminders, tap the Add Reminder button and follow steps a - b above.
