I suggest you...

Add Ability to Leave Notes in Trackers Module

Ability to make a short note of prior activity to taking blood pressure would be great. (e.g. resting, gym, running, driving in traffic, ect)

Yes, maybe even a customizable tracker if one chooses so we can put our own values and notes in with the daily medications as they are taken, and at random times as each category changes and severity of change. The generic just doesn't work for most using it for specific specialists who need this specific information.

Agreed. I have regular kidney stones, as well as abdominal pain I'm trying to get diagnosed. I need to track both, and it's not easy to remember which pain is which with the tracker. Editable categories would be excellent for this -- at the very least, notes to clarify what the cause of my pain is.

I agree, actually need a notes section in all of the Tracker sections. For example, the Blood Glucose section. I’m using 2 apps, including this one. “Sugar Sense” which allows notes under every entry, that way I can add a note as to the reason of high or low or missed entry. I use the Journal tab on here to add these, but would make more sense to have in the specific tracker sections. And want to add that I love this app!! I’m taking 7 different medications through out the day, and the reminder setup is amazing! So Thank you!

I agree , my mom was admitted and she has adrenal insufficiency - I needed to have note section comment something to add Notes such as left arm right arm, repeat , standing sitting lying , before meds, after pain meds or make myself memo given extra dose or mg of certain medications. Would be sooo easy to allow free hand date and time vs entering them having to scroll up and change and option for no time as this is a headache . I’m a nurse and this app has a lot of potential but a lot of down falls and seems a lot of the same requests for a long time and no measures to adjust to ppls needs

I agree. “Mood” from 1-10 is meaningless. If I mark 8, then later 5, does that mean I was happy and then became depressed...or depressed and then happier? The rubric isn’t helpful.

I’d like to be able to note under the current blood pressure if I had just started a new medication or if I was sitting or standing etc.

In the glucose tracker it would be convenient if you could add a note to the data point to reference a factor that could have influenced the measurement. Something you ate, a change in medication... Etc.

Add an area in each tracker category for a short note. Maybe 100 spaces, doesn’t have to be long. This is IMPORTANT for some: insulin, pain, mood, activity, BP,
        Sleep.
You might add a few tracker categories that are BLANK, so people could put their specific needs in, with room for comments, space for plotting stats. People who have migraines, for example... just “pain,” is USELESS.

Please add ability to document if blood sugar reading is: Fasting, Post Parandial, Illness(as stress of illness can increase blood sugar readings, if medication given add space for name of medication, amount of medication. Space to document Blood sugar after med taken. Not just insulin, any drug you take for BS increase
Adding a note section for free writing would take care of this issue. Example
01/01/2017: Blood sugar reading at 8 am was 300 took **name of med** 200 mg. Will recheck BS at 12 pm

When I enter my blood pressure and and pulse in "Trackers", I would like to be able to make a note or notes like;  1) before eating  2)after eating , 3)dizzy, 4)tired, 5)before meds, 6)after meds........and so on.
This could be a multi choice drop down or a place to write a note that follows this "Trackers"  section

I want to be able to make notes in the trackers for blood pressure and blood glucose.

      • Cathi Kilian commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

To clarify, you're not suggesting the note for just B/P, it should be on all of the'tracking' activities, correct? This one's got my votes.

For instance , After you "track" your blood sugars make a space for notes so you can notate " after breakfast or at bedtime or after exercising"; make notations for tracking so you can add special notes IN THE SAME TRACKING SECTION!

I see there is a "notes" Area which is a standalone area.

Modify sleep tracker so that it charts 24-hour totals for people with broken sleep habits die to pain. While you are modifying software you might add a feature to estimate duration of REM sleep at the same time
